These Terms govern use of Pantry Plan, a BuildRelay product. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Adult-operated family utility

Pantry Plan accounts are for adults age 18 or older. The adult controls household settings and any household-member aliases. Children do not create Pantry Plan accounts. Do not enter full legal names, birth dates, photos, diagnoses, medications, symptoms, height, weight, school information, contact details, or other unnecessary identifying or medical information for a household member.

Not medical advice

Pantry Plan applies adult-entered ingredient rules to meal suggestions. It does not diagnose allergies, guarantee food safety, prevent allergic reactions, or replace medical advice. Always verify labels, ingredients, preparation methods, and cross-contamination risks. For a medical emergency, contact emergency services.

Scans and suggestions

Barcode, receipt, pantry-photo, recipe, and AI results may be incomplete or wrong and require adult review. Pantry Plan may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users or operate the service.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding account access, entering only information you have authority to use, reviewing meal choices, and complying with applicable law. Do not abuse the service, bypass safeguards, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users or systems.

Content and service

You retain rights in information you enter. You grant Pantry Plan the limited permission needed to process and synchronize the data described in the Privacy Policy. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free suggestions.

Accounts and deletion

You may delete your account in the app. Pantry Plan may suspend accounts used unlawfully or in ways that threaten users or the service. Deletion and shared-household effects are explained on the account deletion page.

Contact and changes

Questions: support@buildrelay.tech. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an effective-date change means you accept the updated Terms.
