Pantry Plan

Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective: August 12, 2026

This separate policy explains Pantry Plan’s practices for consumer health data under applicable state law.

Categories and sources

An adult may enter broad age bands, ingredient restrictions, dietary preferences, favorite foods, and lunch routines for household members. This information comes directly from the adult and may reveal or imply allergy, diet, or health information.

Purpose and processing

Pantry Plan uses these settings on the adult’s device to filter and personalize meal choices. Deterministic app rules apply the settings; they are not used to diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice.

Sharing and selling

Pantry Plan does not sync these private settings to Pantry Plan servers and does not send them to Google Gemini, recipe providers, advertisers, data brokers, or analytics services. Pantry Plan does not sell consumer health data. Because Pantry Plan does not disclose these settings to another entity, there is no list of third parties or affiliates receiving them.

Consent and withdrawal

Before Pantry Plan first saves non-empty private meal settings, the adult is shown the categories, purpose, local-storage practice, and withdrawal method and must choose Allow and save. Choosing Not now does not save those settings. The adult may withdraw permission under Account → Privacy & data. Withdrawal deletes the private settings and consent record from app storage on that device.

Your rights

Adults can view, correct, delete, and export these settings in the app. Because the settings are not held on Pantry Plan servers, Pantry Plan cannot retrieve them from another device. For a privacy request or appeal, email support@buildrelay.tech. We will verify the requesting adult and respond as required by applicable law.

Important limits

Mobile operating-system backups may include app storage according to the adult’s device and cloud-backup settings. Pantry Plan is not a medical service or emergency service. Adults must verify packaging, ingredients, preparation methods, and cross-contamination risks.
